An occupied Zoox autonomous vehicle, gradually slowed to a stop behind traffic on southbound [XXX] past [XXX] in Las Vegas, when it was rear ended by a passenger vehicle (Vehicle 2) traveling directly behind. The Zoox vehicle honked at the approaching Vehicle 2, but its driver failed to stop in time. Vehicle 2's driver left the scene without exchanging information. The Zoox vehicle did not sustain any damage. No injuries were reported at that time. Police were notified.
